Jacqueline D. Hill’s Goal is to “Change the Paradigm” of Economic Inequality for the Minority Businesses

Jacqueline Hill is a former Onyx Woman Leadership Award Recipient

Jacqueline Hill is an Economic Development Consultant who specializes in the creation and development of minority and women-owned businesses. Her goal is to “change the paradigm” of economic inequality for the minority business community by educating the broader community on the values and benefits of doing business with minority entrepreneurs and women. She focuses on building capacity, securing contracts, and access to capital.

Jacqueline served as the Director of the Pennsylvania Minority Business Development Center, a federally funded program of the US Commerce Department where she assisted Pennsylvania businesses in generating over $450,000,000 in contracts and financing. Advocating on behalf of Minority Businesses, Jacqueline has worked hands-on with hundreds of companies to build their businesses, which ultimately generated millions in contracts and hundreds of jobs. 

Jacqueline has completed Entrepreneur Management Programs at Carnegie Mellon University and the Dartmouth College – Tuck School of Business. She is certified in Economic Development Finance by the National Development Council, holds a Series Six Security license, and is certified as a Real Estate Developer.
