Don’t feel guilty when you can’t stick to, or choose to, break away from your routine. When you work hard it is okay to give yourself a break. That is one of the reasons why you work hard so that you can step back when you want and need to.
Breaking out of a routine is not a crime.
I try to get to the gym at least 5 days a week, but on the days that I decide to just chill; I feel a little guilty, but I get over it and so should you. Keep in mind that you may have to do the things you don’t want to do, in order to have the opportunity to do the thing you really want to do when you want to do them.
Give yourself a break. Don’t be so hard on yourself!
